Jennifer Winget tests positive for COVID-19 ahead of shooting

COVID-19 has been rather difficult to keep up with and thought everyone has been taking necessary precautions, the cases are rising, with an additional threat of a third wave. While a bunch of actors have tested positive for the virus earlier, latest reports have it that Jennifer Winget has tested positive.

Reports in SpotboyE have it that actress Jennifer Winget is down with COVID-19. While she has quarantined herself, she has mild to no symptoms. Report further added that while the actress was all set to kickstart the shoot for her web series, CODE M season 2 from July 20, she opted for a test as a precautionary measure and tested positive for the virus. 

It was only a while ago that Jennifer had shared a post on social media as she was pumped up to kickstart the shoot for her next., "And so part Deux for Code M begins…faces beaming, excited to reunite and raring to go with captain @akshayindahouse and @samkhan @altbalaji @ektarkapoor @tanujvirwani come soon!." 

We wish the actress a speedy recovery and good health!

Earlier, the likes of Rubina Dilaik, Nikki Tamboli, Rupali Ganguly, among others, have also tested positive for the virus. However, they returned to shoot soon after recovering from the virus.
