CID on Sony TV is the longest running crime series on Indian television with number of special episodes. This time the team is shooting for a special episode in Haridwar.

The story revolves around a husband's murder in train in Haridwar. The actress who is playing the role of the deceased husband's wife is Tanya Gupta.

Our source disclosed the story, "Kirti (Tanya Gupta) whose husband is murdered in the running train will be clueless as to who killed her husband and to seek justice for her husband she will knock on the doors of the CID team. She will help the team find evidence against the murderer."

Apparently, Tanya Gupta was earlier too seen in some other episodes of CID and Crime Patrol.

This particular episode will air on 31 May 2013.
