'Taarak Mehta...' producer Asit Modi tests positive for COVID-19

Producer Asit Kumarr Modi, who helms the longest running-sitcom in India, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has tested positive for COVID-19.

Modi himself took to Twitter to share the same where he mentioned he was noticing a few coronavirus symptoms and went on to get himself tested followed by which the report came positive. He also added that he also isolated himself.

His tweet read, “After some symptoms of COVID19,I got myself tested & Report came positive.I have isolated myself. I request who has come in my contact to be careful and follow the protocol. ?? ???? ????? ?? ????,?? ?? ????? ????????????????? ?? ??? ????? ??? ?? ??????.?? ???? ?????? ???? (Please don’t worry about me. I will be cured soon due to your love and blessings. The sitcom went on to complete 3000 episodes only recently thus creating another record.
