Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on a Bhajan spree!

Yesterday's episode of SAB TV's Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah saw one new refreshed Gokuldham society which was been colored with new pleasing colors. With the society going thro' a makeover, the residents announce a felicitation for Jethalal (Dilip Joshi). And before they begin their life afresh in the newly painted society, they plan to have a Satya Narayan Pooja. 

A source from the sets informs, "There would be a Satyanarayan Mahapuja organized as the first celebration in the brand new Gokuldham Society. It will be followed by a Bhajan ceremony which would be organized by the Tappu sena. There is an argument on the seating arrangements and also on who shall sit for the pooja. However, a solution is found but the most interesting activity is the Bhajan Sandhya by famous Gujarati singer Hemant Chouhan."

"Hemant Chouhan one of the prominent Gujarati Singers will be taking part in the Bhajan Sandhya. Apart from that Daya (Disha Wakani) will make a mark again by doing Garba, and Bapuji too will sing a bhajan for the society members along with Hemant," adds source.

We tried hard contacting Disha Wakani and Dilip Joshi but all our efforts were in vain.

Producer Asit Modi says, "We have constantly tried to take on relevant social issues and have tried to educate viewers about their social duties without being preachy. It is done with a good dose of humour and fun, so that it is accepted easily. It's so good that it is acknowledged too".
