Do you follow any fitness regime?
I don't follow any particular regime, but I regularly hit the gym. I have a high metabolic rate and my body shape doesn't change even if I consume high calories. Actually I am a professional swimmer since childhood and have maintained my body well.
According to you, how important is it to follow a fitness regime?
Very important. Eating properly and doing lot of physical activities is very good. I have done lot of workouts even as a child, and this shows in my body today.
What's your usual diet?
In Non Veg, I have chicken. I eat lots of sprouts, cheese and Mayonnaise. I add cheese and mayonnaise to all my eating items.
You have a busy schedule, so how do you make sure to follow the fitness regime?
I don't follow any regime as such. I have something every two hours, but don't go to an extent of having a full feeling in the stomach.
Anyone that you idolize when it comes to good physique?
Now it is Shahid Kapoor, he has a nice body.
Any advise for your readers to keep themselves fit?
Never eat more than what you want. Don't always fill up your stomach while eating. Try to work out and keep fit so that your metabolism rate is high; if so, then it will help proper digestion.
Do you equate fitness with a good shape of the body?
The shape of the body should be athletic without the artificial bulky look. A good body is the one which is lean and also has good shape.
How were you in your college days and now?
I didn't attend college. I completed my first year and after that I came to Mumbai and started my career.
Do you look upon calories when it comes to eating?
No I don't. I never pay attention while eating.
Do you have a dietitian or an instructor to maintain your fitness?
No I don't have any particular dietician or an instructor; I can take care of my body and diet myself.
