Swim Team comes to Priyamvada Kant's rescue!

The latest that we have got to know from our insider is that the lead of Channel V's Swim Team, Priyamvada Kant essaying the character of Kanika, drowned in the water while shooting for a scene.

When we contacted Priyamvada, she said, "Yes, that is right. Actually what exactly happened was that we were shooting a race sequence wherein all the girls had to compete with each other and I am not that experienced a swimmer. I cannot swim in the deep and so we were supposed to shoot it in parts. During the scene, I had to stop midway but I just went on swimming. Everyone from the crew was screaming to stop but by the time I realized that, it was too late. I was drowning and almost touched the pool's floor. But, I am glad the production house had utmost safety measures. A guard came in and held me out of the pool. As soon as I came out of the pool, the entire cast and crew started clapping for me. It was indeed a very filmy sequence."

We are glad that this incident did not come with any major injuries.
