Sushmita Sen resumes shoot for Aarya Season 3 after health scare; swings double swords in swag

Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen has resumed shooting for the third season of her hit web series, Aarya, after a brief hiatus due to a cardiac arrest she suffered in February. Sen recently flew to Jaipur to continue filming for the Disney Hotstar show, which is an official remake of the Dutch crime-drama Penoz. The actress will be seen wielding two swords simultaneously in the upcoming season, showcasing her impressive sword-fighting skills.

In a recent Instagram post, Sen shared a video of herself in action, swinging swords with a determined look on her face. She donned a black outfit with her hair left untied for the shoot. Aarya follows the story of a middle-aged woman and her fight to protect her family from danger.

In addition to Aarya, Sen has completed dubbing for another web series, Taali, which is based on the life of transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant. Sen plays a pivotal role in the show, which revolves around the landmark 2013 National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) case that recognised transgender individuals as the third gender in India.

Since her cardiac arrest earlier this year, Sen has been open about her health journey on social media. In a live session, she urged the younger generation to regularly check their heart health. Despite her health scare, Sen is back on track and is all set to entertain her fans with her upcoming projects. She also stays in the headlines due to her personal life. Sushmita was recently spotted with her ex boyfriend Rohman Shawl and her daughter shopping.
