Suryavanshi siblings revealed...

Anand Suryavanshi is surely a popular face in Television, but this might come as a surprise to many that he has a sibling who is a new face in the television industry. Yes, we are talking about Anand’s younger sister Sonaali Suryavanshi who is seen playing the role of Sujata in Zee’s Humari Betiyoon Ka Vivaah.

Sonaali’s biggest inspiration to set foot in television has been her brother, but wanted to make a name for herself in the industry before getting noticed as the actor's sister. "I did not want to get introduced to the audience as Anand Suryavanshi's sister, I wanted my work to speak for me first", says Sonaali. Talking about her career move to television, she says, "I have done few commercial ads, and was pursuing a career in digital graphics; but when I got my first break in television with the Cinevistaas project Vivaah, I decided to grab the offer. I have always wanted to work with Cinevistaas as I feel they make meaningful serials". When asked how she would rate her brother in acting, she was quick to say, “I would give him 8 on 10 for his acting skills”.

However, Big Brother Anand says that “I will not say that I am her inspiration, but yes, I encouraged her to get into the industry”. When asked to rate her sister he says, “Honestly speaking, I do not want to rate her. I can only say that she is doing a good job in Vivaah and I wish that she continues to give her best to the industry”.

Well, this is a great brother-sister bonding indeed, and we wish Sonaali a great future!!
