Surbhi Chandna Confirms Having Tested Negative For Coronavirus

COVID-19 continues to be the cause of concern for one and all out there and while the number of cases have obviously been on an alarming rise, it has hit the TV industry rather hard too. One name after the other, we have come across how actors and other public figures have tested positive for COVID-19 and the list continues to grow.

On that note, also joining this unfortuante list recently was actor Ssharad Malhotra, who is currently seen in Naagin 5.

Malhotra was confirmed to have tested positive for the same only yesterday, and the immediate question that was circling on everyone's mind was - has Surbhi Chandna and Mohit Sehgal also tested positive? Both these actors are currently working with Malhotra in Naagin 5, and hence the first question indeed was about that. Chandna initially thanked everyone for their concern and promised everyone to update them as soon as her report arrives.

That has now finally happened and the good news is that Chandna has, in fact, tested negative. She posted saying, "It was important for me to keep my mind stable and sane cause these few hours have been mentally exhausting especially the BIG STRESS was for The Parents . Thankyou and Big Hug for the strength Folded hands #testedNEGATIVE"-

It is indeed a relief to know that she has tested negative and we hope Sehgal tests negative too.
