Supriya Pathak reveals heartwarming first encounter with Shahid Kapoor: He was six years old

In the glitzy world of Bollywood, where relationships can be complex and fragile, there are a few heartwarming instances that restore our faith in the power of love and family. One such example is the beautiful equation shared between veteran actress Supriya Pathak and her stepson, Shahid Kapoor. The actress  has never shied away from expressing her deep affection for Shahid and the unwavering bond they share.

Married to renowned actor-filmmaker Pankaj Kapur, Supriya entered Shahid's life as his stepmother. Pankaj Kapur was previously married to Neliima Azeem, with whom he had Shahid. However, rather than harboring any animosity or strained dynamics, Supriya and Shahid embraced their unique connection and formed a strong foundation of love and support.

In a recent interview on Twinkle Khanna's YouTube talk show, The Icons, Supriya Pathak fondly reminisced about the first time she met Shahid Kapoor after her marriage to Pankaj Kapur. Recounting the heartwarming encounter, she revealed that Shahid was a mere six years old at the time, exuding an irresistible charm that captivated her from the start. Supriya gushed, reflecting on her initial impressions of Shahid. "He was the cutest baby I'd seen. He was such a lovely child," 

What struck Supriya the most was Shahid's warm and welcoming nature. Despite their new familial ties, both of them approached their first meeting with open hearts, devoid of any defiance or discomfort. "He was very warm, and he did not have any defiant reactions towards me, and nor did I have them too. So, when we met, it was instantly liking each other as people," Supriya shared, painting a picture of the genuine connection they established right from the beginning. 

Talking Shahid's work front, he made his OTT debut with the series Farzi. While his latest release Bloody Daddy received rave reviews and was loved by the audience.
