Athiya Shetty and Indian cricketer KL Rahul, Bollywood's beloved couple, celebrated their first wedding anniversary on January 23. The duo, who tied the knot at Suniel Shetty's Khandala farmhouse last year, has been a source of delight for fans, frequently sharing glimpses of their love-filled moments.

Suniel Shetty, the doting father, took to his Instagram handle to commemorate the special day. 

He posted an endearing photograph of the couple, capturing Athiya wrapping her arms around KL Rahul from behind, both sharing a cute smile. The veteran actor accompanied the post with a heartfelt caption, "Happy first anniversary bachchas (accompanied by black heart and nazar amulet emoji)."

Athiya, visibly touched by her father's sweet gesture, expressed her love in the comments, writing, "Love you papaaa (accompanied by a red-heart emoji)." However, she also injected a touch of humor, playfully stating, "Happy anniversary to you and Rahul (accompanied by rolling eyes emoji)," showcasing her playful side. The comments section was filled with red-heart emojis, reflecting the warmth of the family's bond.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul, who had been in a relationship for a considerable time, officially sealed their union in an intimate wedding ceremony last year. 

Athiya, the daughter of veteran actor Suniel Shetty and Mana Shetty, made her Bollywood debut in 2015 with "Hero" alongside Sooraj Pancholi. Subsequently, she appeared in films like "Mubarakan" and "Motichoor Chaknachoor."
