Sumit Vats has ''girlfriend woes''

The real life love life of television actor Sumit Vats, who plays the male lead in Zee TV show 'Hitler Didi', seems to be going through a rough patch. Sumit's girlfriend is said to be upset with a few intimate scenes he did on-screen with the protagonist Rati Pandey.

The scenes in question were shot in a special sequence of the show in Macau, where the cast of the show had gone. Unbeknownst to Sumit, his girlfriend flew down to Macau to surprise him. There, she saw a drenched Sumit locked in an intimate embrace with Rati while shooting for the scene.

'The scene required Rati to push Sumit into a canal and later have a drenched Sumit sharing an intimate moment with her. No one expected his girlfriend to show up when she did, much less have her witness the scene,' a source said.

'There is no denying that the chemistry between Rati and Sumit was explosive to say the least. But then, as a partner to an actor, one expects that she would understand that an actor is required to enact all sorts of scenes,' the source added.

The actor is ever since trying to mend things with his girlfriend.
