Sukesh Chandrashekhar sends legal notice to Mika Singh over derogatory comment on Jacqueline Fernandez

Jacqueline Fernandez, a well-known Bollywood actress, has carved her niche in the industry by appearing in numerous commercially successful films such as "Kick," "Race 2," and "Race 3," among others. However, recently, she found herself in the spotlight after sharing a picture with Hollywood actor Jean-Claude Van Damme on her social media.
On which singer Mika Singh left a comment that has now led to legal action. Mika wrote, "You are looking so beautiful.., he is much better than #sukesh." However, he later deleted the comment.
According to reports by The Times of India, Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who was allegedly in a relationship with Jacqueline, has filed a legal notice against Mika Singh for his comments.
The notice, sent by Sukesh's lawyer, Anant Malik, stated that Mika's statement had sparked widespread public discussions about Sukesh's character and personality, subjecting him to a de facto trial by the media. The notice further outlined that Mika had committed a serious criminal offence of defamation through his derogatory comment and could be prosecuted under the provisions of Sections 499/500 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
It's worth noting that Jacqueline Fernandez was previously investigated by The Enforcement Directorate for her involvement in a money laundering case linked to Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
On the professional front, Jacqueline was last seen in Rohit Shetty's 2022 comedy film "Cirkus," alongside Ranveer Singh and Pooja Hedge, which received mixed reviews. She is currently preparing for the film "Fateh" with Sonu Sood and is also part of the ensemble cast of the comedy film "Welcome to the Jungle."
