Sujata Vaishnav bullies Radha and Deepak in Genda Phool

Actress Sujata Vaishnav who is presently seen essaying the would be mother-in-law of Nitika in Sony TV's Saas Bina Sasural and as Dharmesh's mother in Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta will soon play an important cameo role in Star Plus and Ravi Ojha Productions' Sasural Genda Phool.

She will play the relative of Ambernath Kashyap (Sudhir Pandey) who comes to the Kashyap house to spend few hours before she goes back to her native place.

A little birdie tells us, "Sharda Dadi, the character she essays has this habit of finding fault with anybody and everybody. She also has the knack of igniting petty issues and taking people to task by bad mouthing them. When she comes to the Kashyap house, she finds fault with the presence of a lady like Radha (Sadiya Siddique) in the house. She humiliates both Radha Bua and Deepak (Akkshay Sethi) to no extent, and this leaves Radha embarrassed and in tears. The whole family,
especially Suhana (Ragini Khanna) do not take all this lying down and they give back to Dadi in their own way".

"Suhana who is always blunt when it comes to talking the truth simply does not approve of this lady coming and hurting their family members. She immediately condemns Sharda Dadi's act. The whole Kashyap family stand united in this moment of crisis and decide to send Sharda Dadi out of the house", adds our source.

When contacted, Sujata Vaishnav confirmed her presence in the show, "Yes, I will be playing Sharda who is from a small town. She is known for creating problems and that is what she does in the Kashyap house".

We hear that Sujata's role was expected to be a cameo, but the creatives have kept open the option of getting the character back when needed.
