Sudha Shivpuri, Baa of Kyunki injured on the sets

Sudha Shivpuri, popularly known as Baa of Kyunki Saas bi Kabhi Bahu Thi was recently injured on the sets.Thankfully the ever popular grandmother escaped with some minor bruises and a hairline fracture. Speaking to the veteran actress about the accident she says, “It was not a major accident. I was climbing the vanity van and my foot got stuck and got twisted a bit. Everything is fine now.” So in spite of the injury, will she continue working? “No”, says Sudha, “I will take a week’s rest. I won’t be shooting for this entire week.”

And what’s new in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi? “Well I have not shot for the last three days so I really don’t know what is happening out there”, replies Sudha. She adds, “I only know that Karan and Nandini get engaged and there will be a small family get together to celebrate the occasion which just goes on to show the unity of the Virani family.”

So fans of the beloved Baa need not be too disheartened as she will return to acting post her recovery.
