Similarly, the kind of sarees worn by women across the country also changes. It mainly depends on the availability of fabrics and the skills of locale, residing in a particular region of the country.
In almost every part of India, a sari manufactured has a unique feature of its own. And our Television celebs know very well, how to slay in a traditional sari, be it of any type. Kanjeevaram: Pooja Banerjee
Kanjeevaram sarees are the magnificent creation of craftsmen from Kanchi region in Tamil Nadu. These sarees are made by using numerous coloured threads and completed with Zari work. The motifs designed on these sarees, mostly depict Pallava temples, palaces, and paintings. However, tribal designs and contemporary patterns are also seen.
