Summer is here and monsoon is coming, and that calls for a perfect time to don a bright neon outfit. However, the only point to keep in mind while dressing up an outfit in this popping fluorescent colour is to bring it down with neutral coloured accessories, preferably in the colour that is the closest to your skin, like the subtle and understated shade nude.
