'Splitting Up Together' gets CANCELLED after only TWO seasons

It is almost impossible to have actor Jenna Fischer's image and character as Pam from The Office erased in spite of the many characters she continues to portray over the years. Call us biased but nothing beats her role in The Office and her on-screen chemistry with John Krasinski aka Jim. However, we indeed were open to see the actress in a new avatar and were wondering if her latest show, Splitting Up Together might be it.

Sadly, it wasn't. In fact, it wasn't even close. Paired opposite Oliver Hudson in the comedy, the show was actually one of the worst rated shows in the past year along with not having encouraging numbers either. So, it comes as no surprise that Splitting Up Together has indeed been canceled at ABC after only two seasons,

For the uninitiated, the show centered on a couple (played by Jenna Fischer and Oliver Hudson) who decided to cohabitate after separating. Things got more complicated in the second season when they realized they still had feelings for each other and wanted to give their relationship a second chance, but a new baby from a relationship he had while they were separated was in the mix.
