After portraying the insecure and glamorous Mallika in Star One's Yeh Ishq Haaye, Soni Singh will be seen in a completely different avtaar in Star Plus' popular show Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya. Soni Singh will enter as Shakti's (Jaswant Menaria) wife in the show.
A source says, "Now since Kesar is mentally unstable, Sajjan Singh (Anupam Shyam Ojha) wants his son to get remarried and is looking for the right girl. Soni Singh enters as Menaka, the girl in his life. She plays a negative role in the show who puts up a condition that after the wedding the property should be given to her son rather than Shakti's son. Hearing the condition Sajjan Singh rejects the proposal, but going against him, Shakti marries her."
If sources are to be believed, later it will be revealed that Menaka is a sexual worker and does everything for money which Shakti is also unaware of.
TellyBuzz contacted Soni and she confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I am doing Pratigya wherein I play a negative character called, Menaka."
Soni has already started her shoot and her entry will be on air tonight.
