Sonam slams rumors regarding Aashiqui 3!

As reported earlier, speculations over casting of the lead pair for the third instalment of the 'Aashiqui' franchise have been making rounds for quite some time now.

Earlier this week, it was reported that there was a high probability of Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor being roped in to play the lead in the intense love story as their chemistry in Honey Singh's single 'Dheere Dheere' was much liked by the audience.

But at a recent event, Sonam slammed all rumors  saying, "I haven't signed 'Aashiqui 3', though I am in talks with a lot of people. Currently, I am only doing my sister's film." She made this statement at the trailer launch of her upcoming film 'Neerja'.

Sonam and her producer sister Rhea Kapoor have earlier worked together in 'Aisha' starring Abhay Deol and 'Khoobsurat' starring Fawad Khan. 

'Neerja' is slated to release on 19th February , 2016.
