Siddharth Nigam recalls speaking to Tunisha Sharma just the day before she died

Sidharth said that it was a depressing moment for him when he heard the news.

Sidharth Nigam, who is soon be seen in Salman Khan starrer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, recently spoke about having a conversation with Tunisha Sharma before she died of suicide. 

While talking about the same, Sidharth said that it was a depressing moment for him when he heard the news. He was shooting with Jassie Paaji Tunisha and made a video call as they were about to do a music video together. Sidharth spoke to her as well on a video call and was very excited to see each other after years. Even the two made plan to visit each other. And the next day, he got a call about Tunisha. Initially, he thought someone was playing a prank, but then he kept getting calls and finally learned about her.

Tunisha Sharma, a well-known actress in the TV and entertainment industry, showcased her acting skills in shows like Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, and others. She had committed suicide on the sets of her show Ali Baba: Daastan-e-Kabul,  where she was portraying the role of Princess Mariam, the female lead. The next day, the police arrested Sheezan Khan, the actor who was playing the male lead opposite her. 

Siddharth and Tunisha had shared screen space in the TV show Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat. While Siddharth was seen in the role of young Ashoka, Tunisha played the role of Princess Ahenkara, Princess of Ujjain.
