Addressing a tweet that highlighted Fighter as a non-pan India movie and revealed its ban in Gulf countries, Siddharth Anand responded with a simple yet impactful statement, "True Story" accompanied by a bicep emoji. This acknowledgement confirmed the film's exceptional achievement, having crossed the 100 crore mark worldwide in just two days, a testament to its strong reception among the Hindi-speaking audience.

Fighter, featuring a stellar cast including Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, and Akshay Oberoi, follows the story of an elite team responding to a threat from across the border. Despite being a Hindi-language release catering primarily to the Indian audience, the film has witnessed resounding success, surpassing expectations.

Released on January 25th, Fighter opened to a strong response in India, earning Rs 24.6 crore on the first day. The Republic Day holiday further propelled its box office figures, with a collection of Rs 41.2 crore on Friday. The film's two-day domestic collection stands at an impressive Rs 65.8 crore, a testament to its widespread popularity.
