Shraddha to launch on 28th September..

Star Plus is ready for its next launch in Siddhant Cinevision's Shraddha!! The show will be starting on the auspicious day of Dussehra on 28th September and will take the 7 PM slot.

As reported earlier, Godrej Khelo Jeeto Jeeyo hosted by Soha Ali Khan which occupied the 7 PM slot has ended.

Confirming the date and time slot, the lead protagonist of the show Neha Janpandit says, "I am very glad to be part of the Star family. It feels good to be back on television. Shraddha launches on the auspicious day of Dussehra, and I cannot ask for anything better".

Neha Janpandit was last seen in Sahara One's Woh Rehna Wali Mehlon Ki.

The story revolves around Shraddha, who sacrifices her desires for her parents and takes them on a pilgrimage to the 'Chaar Dhaam'. In other words, she is a daughter who has all the attributes of Shravan Kumar.

Varun Sobti a new comer plays the lead in the show. Veterans Sudhir Dalvi and Sukanya Kulkarni play the parents, while Shashank Sethi, Siddharth Dhawan will also be seen in the show.

The story will have the back drop of Ujjain.
