Shilpa Saklani Agnihotri Joins Kaleerein As The Newest Antagonist!

Zee TV's Kaleerein has been going through quite some twists and turns from Meera's (Aditi Sharma) wedding to Sumer breaking to her forced wedding with Vivaan.  And of course who can forget the dramatic scene of Vivaan filling Meera's forehead with blood! If that wasn't too fast then we all know that Vivaan has given divorce papers to Meera already. 

And while we don't know whether the divorce will actually happen or not, we hear that another twist is already set to come into Meera's life in the form of a new antagonist!  

Actress Shilpa Saklani Agnihotri has been roped in to play Vivaan's (Arjit Taneja) step mother.  Our source informs us, "Shilpa will be seen playing a strong powerful character and Vivaan considers her to be his mentor. While she will be a very influential character in Vivaan's life, she also will not be in favor of Vivaan and Meera's marriage.

We contacted Shilpa Saklani Agnihotri who confirmed the news and told us, "Yes I will be shooting soon for the show. It's a very strong, powerful character."

Will Meera be able to tackle all the trouble that she will be facing in her married life?  Well only time will tell!
