Shilpa Anand and Viraf Phiroz Patel in Star Plus's next!

Star Plus is coming up with a new series of short films produced by some known producers of the television industry. After roping in known faces of television like Jennifer Winget, Karan Singh Grover, Karan Wahi, Anita Hassanandani, the latest name which has been added in the list is Shilpa Anand.

According to our source, Shilpa Anand is making her comeback on small screen with the short films going to be produced by BBC Production. Shilpa will be seen playing the lead of the short films which is going to be based upon a love story. We also hear that Viraf Phiroz Patel who is best known for playing the character of Shiv in Mahi Way, will be opposite Shilpa in the film.

We got in touch with Shilpa Anand who confirmed the news saying that, "Yes, I am playing the lead in the show. The reason to take up the show was that I liked the concept and the character is elegant."
