Shikha Singh, Alia of 'Kumkum Bhagya' gets INJURED..!

Actress Shikha Singh's character of Alia from 'Kumkum Bhagya' is loved by audience in-spite of it being a negative character. The actress is currently also a part of the on-going season of 'Box Cricket League' and playing for the team Rowdy Banglore.

As aptly said, that injuries are a part and parcel of sport. And that is what was experienced by Shikha recently. The actress recently got injured during a match on the show which led her rushing to the hospital.

We contacted Shikha who confirmed, "Yes, I got an injury where my muscle in the neck has tore. It seemed a pretty bad one and I was rushed to the hospital when it happened."

On mentioning how did it happen, she said, "I was hitting a six on one of the balls being bowled and that is when the muscle in my neck made a sound and immediately I knew it appears to be bad. I am so disheartened by this as I couldn't be a part of the team for a long time. I was there in hospital for a day and I have to sport this patta (band) around my neck now."

She added, "My team is so supportive and amazing that they understood my plight and are there with me, however, I feel very disappointed with this."

The fans too will be disappointed that Shikha may not be a part of the rest of the season.
