Shalini in Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo...

Shalini Khanna who was last seen playing the sister of Shubh (played by Siddharth Shukla) in Ratna Sinha's Babul Ka Angann Chootey Naa will be seen in SAB TV's new show Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo.

This new show is about a boy who loves a girl lots and wants to get married to her but he is an orphan. So to pataofy the girl's dad he creates a family from members who belong to different communities and background. Thus the comedy takes place among them.

When asked Shalini Khanna about her role she said "I will be one of the family members. My character name is Pallavi, a young girl who belongs to a Rajasthani Royal family. They have lost all the money but still the aura and attitude is still there. She is the slowest character and the peculiarity of this character is that she will not say anything directly she will address to any object to pass on her message."

Shalini for the first time is experimenting in comedy. "This is my first comedy show and I always wanted to be a part of a comedy show. I have not taken any training or research for this role. The set is my institute where I learn everything. We have such great comedians, so I get to learn from them."

Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo launches on 14h December and will take the 9 PM slot..
