Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' roars at the box office; enters the 100 crore club on day two

In a spectacular display of box office prowess, Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jawan' has set the cash registers ringing as it swiftly crosses the coveted Rs100 crore milestone in the domestic market. This cinematic extravaganza, directed by the acclaimed Atlee, has left an indelible mark on the hearts of audiences and critics alike.

According to the latest reports from Sacnilk.com, 'Jawan' blazed its way to an impressive Rs 53 crore nett in India on its second day, encompassing all language releases. This phenomenal achievement comes hot on the heels of a stellar Rs 74.5 crore debut on its opening day, showcasing the immense popularity of the film.

The magic of 'Jawan' isn't confined to a single language, as it continues to weave its spell across Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu-speaking audiences. The Hindi version of the film has contributed a substantial Rs 65.5 crore to the overall tally, while Tamil and Telugu versions have added Rs 5.3 crore and ₹3.7 crore, respectively. With these staggering numbers, the cumulative collection for 'Jawan' in India now stands at an astonishing Rs 127.50 crore.

Shah Rukh Khan took to X to express his gratitude to the adoring fans who have made "Jawan" a resounding success. 'Jawan,' made its worldwide theatrical debut on September 7, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The film boasts an ensemble cast featuring Shah Rukh Khan in a dual role, alongside Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, and  Priyamani. Adding to the star-studded allure, Deepika Padukone makes a striking appearance in an extended cameo.

With 'Jawan' continuing its triumphant march at the box office, Shah Rukh Khan's return to the silver screen has undoubtedly been met with a thunderous applause from cinephiles across the nation.
