Juhi Chawla gives health updates about SRK

Fans of Shah Rukh Khan were taken aback when news broke that the superstar had been admitted to a hospital in Ahmedabad. The actor was reportedly rushed to the hospital after attending the KKR vs. SRH IPL match on May 22. Sources indicate that Shah Rukh was feeling unwell due to heat stroke and dehydration.

Juhi Chawla, KKR's co-owner and Shah Rukh’s close friend and co-star in many films, visited him at the hospital along with her husband, Jay Mehta. In a recent interview, Juhi updated fans on Shah Rukh’s condition. She mentioned that Shah Rukh was admitted because he was not feeling well but assured everyone that he is now being attended to and is feeling much better. Juhi expressed optimism, saying, “God willing, he will soon be up, and in the stands on the weekend, cheering the team, as we play the finals.”

On May 22, Juhi Chawla and Jay Mehta were seen leaving the KD Hospital in Ahmedabad, as captured in a video shared by the news agency ANI.

After the IPL match, Shah Rukh Khan returned to the ITC Narmada Hotel in Ahmedabad with the team. However, his condition worsened the following morning, leading to his admission to KD Hospital around 1 pm. After receiving initial treatment, Shah Rukh was discharged and is now stable. Doctors have advised him to rest adequately.

Shah Rukh Khan has been a constant presence at KKR matches, supporting his team passionately. As KKR is now in the finals, fans hope to see him back in the stands, cheering for his team.

On the professional front, Shah Rukh is gearing up for his highly-anticipated film, "King," in which he will star alongside his daughter, Suhana Khan. Earlier this year, it was revealed that Shah Rukh will be playing a character with some gray shades, reminiscent of his iconic role in "Don."

As Shah Rukh recovers, his fans and well-wishers are eagerly awaiting his return, both to the cricket stands and the silver screen.
