Shagun Sharma on choosing Ishq Par Zor Nahin and characters that had an impact

Shagun Sharma will take on the lead role in the upcoming show Ishq Par Zor Nahin and will be seen as Sonali Malhotra. The actress recently got talking about the show and how she came around this project in the first place, among other things. Her character is one that many would relate to and she feels it is similar to her in many ways, but there are many differences as well. 

Ask her what made her choose the script, she revealed, ''When I got the brief I was sure I wanted togive this a try and I auditioned for it. I really liked the way SONU’s character wasexplained to me and so far it has all been going good.''

 Talk about characters that have made a difference in her career, she mentioned two roles. She revealed that ''Sanju from Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan gave me recognition in the industry as well as it gave me clarity on what I wanted to do in life since it was my first show. Second, is Richa from Tu Aashiqui.''

Ishk Par Zor Nahin is a new-age love story and features Param Singh, Akshita Mudgal, and Rajat Verma in the lead roles.
