Seema Sajdeh on how MARITAL ISSUES affects children; shares her personal journey post divorce with Sohail Khan

Fashion designer Seema Sajdeh recently opened up about her split from Sohail Khan. In an interview, the Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives star said that the atmosphere at home is tense when children see an "irritable parent". Sharing her views on infidelity, she said, "an affair isn't a deal-breaker."

Sohail Khan and Seema Sajdeh, who tied the knot in 1998, announced their separation in 2022 after decades of marriage. The couple shares two sons, Nirvan Khan and Yohan Khan. In a recent interview with Janice Sequeira, Seema opened up about the impact of their split on their children.

Seema emphasized that when a couple is in a relationship where they're constantly arguing, it's detrimental to their children. She explained that in such a situation, parents are unable to fully dedicate themselves to their kids. Hence, they're the ones who're losing out.

However, she also clarified that the type of affair matters, adding that even harboring thoughts of another person could be considered cheating.

Seema emphasized that the true deal-breaker is the overall state of the relationship, suggesting that couples should prioritize their happiness and focus on enjoying life together. She believes that laughter is essential in a relationship and that the day it disappears, the relationship might be over.

Reflecting on her personal journey after separating from Sohail Khan, Seema highlighted the importance of personal growth and forgiveness. She stated that one should strive to reach a point where they can view their former partner with understanding and acceptance rather than resentment. She acknowledged that complacency can creep into marriages, and she admitted that in the past, she might have blamed Sohail for everything.

Seema also revealed that she was previously engaged to businessman Vikram Ahuja before marrying Sohail Khan. This revelation came to light during an episode of "Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives."
