Savitri and Satyavan come alive in the Rathi house!

The characters of Shashi Sumeet Mittal's Diya Aur Baati Hum are soon going to be seen in different avatars. Yes, the upcoming track of the show will witness a special act enacted by the actors on the eve of Karvachauth.

According to our source, the very famous story of Savitri and Satyavan will be staged in which Suraj (Anas Rashid) will be playing Satyavan, Chaturi (Rashmi Pitre) will be playing Savitri,  Chotu (Aryan Sharma) will be playing Mantri and Bhabhasa (Ashok Lokhande) will be playing Yamraj. 

Sooraj is trying to convince Bhabo (Neelu Vaghela) to let Sandhya (Deepika Singh) go to the college. So, he planned to enact the story of Savitri and Satyawan to let Bhabo realize that if Savitri made Satyawan win the war, then why can't Sandhya do something for herself. The other members of the family will be seen sitting in the audience and watching the play. 

We contacted Ashok Lokhande aka Bhabasa, who said, "It was a nice experience playing Yamraj. We all had a great fun and laughter while shooting for this sequence."

So, will this step taken by Suraj convince Bhabo to let Sandhya go to the college or will have to continue his efforts? Enjoy this entertaining special episode that the Rathi family has put together for the fans.
