Versatile actress Shweta Tiwari who was last seen in Star Plus' Mad In India is all set to try her hands in hosting as she recently hosted one of the episodes of Life OK's crime based series Savdhaan India - India Fights Back.
We got in touch with Shweta to know more about her experience shooting as a host Savdhaan India and her views about the show-
Shweta says, "Savdhaan India is my first show as a host and it has been an amazing experience as I am doing something different apart from acting. I have acted in one of the episodes of Savdhan India before but I have got an opportunity to host this show through which I am getting to learn many IPC (Indian Penal Code) sections."
She further adds, "In future, if someone commits any kind of crime, then I can atleast make that person aware about these IPC sections."
Talking about such an informative show, Shweta says that the show encourages people to fight back and raise their voice when something wrong is happening with them, "The best part about these shows are that not only rich people who have connections are not the ones who can fight back when something happens to them. The shows highlights that it doesn't matter who you are, what is your status, how much is your income, the only thing matters is that if something is wrong happening with you, you can fight back. For that you will have to work little harder and you will have to push things and yes it does take time but eventually you will win if you don't give up. So these shows basically want to say that every common people have the rights to fight back. These shows help those people who are unaware about basic human rights and laws."
Quite true Shweta!
