Sasural... not taking a leap, Rucha not being replaced - Rashmi Sharma

Recently there was a buzz in the media about Colors' daily soap Sasural Simar Ka taking a 5 year leap and Rucha Hasabnis who essays the role of Rashi in Star Plus' daily soap Saath Nibhana Saathiya getting replaced in the show. TellyBuzz got in touch with Rashmi Sharma who is the producer of both the shows to clarify the same.

Rashmi sounded stern as she maintained,"The buzz about Sasural Simar Ka taking a 5 year leap is just not true, they are all rumors. It is a baseless rumor which is going around and diverting people's attention."

She further added,"I even read about Rucha Hassabnis being replaced with Giaa Manek. This is again not true and I don't have any idea from where such news is spreading. We are just back from a pleasant outdoor shoot in Saath Nibhana Saathiya, and there is nothing as such which is going to happen".

We also spoke to Rucha Hassabnis on the same and she said, "I am not quitting the show and neither I am getting replaced. I have just signed my renewal contract and everybody is happy."
