Saraswatichandra to go off-air?

Star Plus' popular show Saraswatichandra which was initially started by Film maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, was later taken over by Sphere Origins'. During the transition phase too the serial saw a lot of ups and downs when it was time and again said that the show might be pulled off air. However, it survived the crisis then and with the new production house in place and the delayed payments taken care of, the show went on as usual. 

Now the latest we have heard is that the show is again in the midst of a crisis and might be pulled off-air soon.

Our source says, "Saraswatichandra might be pulled off-air very soon and the speculation is that Ekta Kapoor's upcoming show Tera Mera Rishta Purana will take the time slot of Saraswatichandra."

Producer Sujoy Wadhwa didn't take our calls nor revert to our text message till the time we filed this story.

When contacted Gautam Rode, he denied the fact saying, "No, its not true!"

Well, what's written in the fate of Saraswatichandra, only time will tell. Keep watching this space for more updates.
