Saraswatichandra sticks to the original script!

Gautam Rode who is seen in Saraswatichandra on Star Plus as Saras is very happy as he feels that with other shows plots and story line change as per the TRPs but Saraswatichandra is one such show which has been following a page by page screenplay and has not yet changed any single thing till date.

TellyBuzz decided to speak to Gautam about his experience with Saraswatichandra till date. Says Gautam, "Well, I am enjoying every bit of Saraswatichandra at this point. The show is turning out to be quite interesting and as an actor I am feeling great about it. The response to the show, the track that is happening... everything is quite interesting and we are happy that we are following the novel. Its not that we are re-creating a love story but whatever is happening is happening because its as is written in the original novel and I would like to thank the creative team for maintaining the credibility."

It is a love story and the current track of the show too is romantic with his and Kumud's (Jennifer Singh Grover) romance in full bloom. Gautam's fans are immensely crazy about him so we ask Gautam whether he believes in romance. He replies with a smile, "Yes, I do believe in love and romance. It's a different feeling altogether to feel love! I also like watching romantic movies and I watched Ranjhaa recently. However, I liked the first half but didn't like the second half much. Television shows also depict love and romance which is fresh and warm these days but I feel the romance in Sarawastichandra is more serene and pure," he concludes.
