Santhanam's 'Dhilukku Dhuddu', spoof on horror films

Actor Santhanam-starrer Tamil film "Dhilukku Dhuddu" is reportedly a rib-tickling spoof on the horror genre.

"In the last 12 months, Tamil cinema has seen over half a dozen horror films. The makers of 'Dhilukku Dhuddu' didn't want to tread on the same path and hence, decided to infuse the spoof angle in the story," a source from the film's unit told IANS.

Directed by Rambala, the film's first teaser was unveiled on Thursday.

"The horror element will ensure there are occasional thrills to keep the audiences on the edge of their seats," he said.

Also starring Saurabh Shukla, Shananya, Karunas and Rajendran, the film is produced by N. Ramaswamy of Thenandal Films.
