Sangram Singh makes India Proud by winning the prestigious title!

Sangram Singh who chose Wrestling over Nach Baliye 7 has brought the trophy home in the latest Commonwealth Wrestling Heavyweight Championship.

Sangram Singh who had opted out of Nach Baliye with girlfriend Payal Rohatgi for this championship has always made it clear that wrestling will always be his first priority. 

The boxer cum reality television participant says, "I am the first Indian who signed this death contract for the championship. And I am proud that I went and participated for this 'Last Man Standing' match. By God's grace and blessings of my fans I won. I am now interested in creating a medium for such aspiring sports people and hence am contributing towards helping them with food training."

Speaking about his victory, Sangram says, "I have returned to such a professional match after over three years.  Due to an injury, it was not easy for me.  There was lot of pressure but the immense support and love from the crowd there gave me energy and strength and power to make it a win. Yeh Meri Nahi Puri India Ki Jeet Hai."
