Samir Soni Joins The Cast of Grey Stories

After giving a remarkable performance in ALT Balaji’s Puncch beat, actor Samir Soni is back with another exciting web series. Yes, you read it right. Samir will be seen in NRILIFE Productions’ upcoming web series - ‘Grey Stories', an anthology.

Producer Gunjan Kuthiala has churned out some intriguing stories and roped in some of the popular actors from the industry. Hiten Tejwani, Bhagyashree, Kiku Sharda, Sameksha Singh, Aditi Govitrikar, Javed Pathan are also part of the series.

Samir is playing the lead role along with Jugal Hansraj in one of the episodes named ‘Taboo’. It narrates the story of a doctor, who doesn’t believe in emotional entanglements and believes in an open marriage relationship. The episode will also see Gunjan’s acting chops as she is playing the female lead along with US resident, Olivia Malhotra. 

Speaking about the series and her team, Gunjan shared, “Ray khan of Texas did the direction and Manisha Sri of Malaysia played a vital role as co-Writer of creating this one of its kind of an interesting story. We got screenplay mentoring from Samir Soni & Raj Kaushal for the first story. Shooting of Grey Stories - Taboo happened in Houston, Texas. The context of all grey stories is indeed Grey to show “we are what we are because of all that we have gone through” with relatable characters. We aren’t born grey, life’s scenarios may make us appear grey.”
