Sameera Reddy shares her condition 5 days after giving birth

Sameera Reddy has been making the news since the day she went for an underwater photoshoot during her pregnancy. She looked drop dead gorgeous in each and everyone of those pictures and they quickly went viral too. A few days ago she gave birth to a beautiful little girl and now she has shared a detailed note about her post partum journey.

As a woman of influence she wants to share with her fans that it takes hell lot of strength to deliver and to take care of a baby with a completely exhausted self. She writes on her Instagram account,"As part of my #imperfectlyperfect campaign I promised I’d share my post partum journey so here goes. It’s really damn hard on the body when it’s a c section because the stitches hurt like mad. Nothing can ready you for the sleepless nights of endless feeding and your body just feels so out of whack it can really get you down. The tummy swelling takes a while to go and this is day 5 post delivery."

This is Sameera's second child and since she is doing it all over again, she reminisces the first time too. Sharing the same, she said,"m thrilled to have my daughter in my arms but I can’t help but feel hormonally challenged because of all the changes. When she announced her daughter's birth, she wrote,"This little girl gave me the strength of wild horses. She wanted me to find myself again. She knew I was lost and she showed me the way. I found a voice in celebrating motherhood, wanting change on body perception and the best part was reaching out to people to just feel
