Salman’s Bad Blood with Priyanka was the reason for Inshallah being shelved?

The reports of Salman Khan prepping up for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s production went viral and the film was also to star Alia Bhatt. But soon Inshallah was shelved indefinitely due to creative differences. The project was not only supposed to bring Bhaijaan and SLB together after 20 years, but even Alia Bhatt would have gotten the opportunity to work with them. 

This definitely led to a spat between Bhansali and Khan. But who was the real culprit behind the film being shelved? 

According to reports, Priyanka Chopra is to be blamed for the fallout between Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali over their ambitious project - Inshallah.

The reports from News18, there were several creative differences that occurred over an item song in the film. Bhansali and Chopra were willing to work together post-Bajirao Mastani and the actress had agreed to be a part of an item number after discussing various projects. 

This did not go down well with Khan. The reports claimed that "Salman put his foot down. He said he wanted Daisy Shah for the number. This was unacceptable to Bhansali.”

It is also being suspected that Salman’s bad blood with Priyanka due to unprecedented and uninformed leave might have also been the reason for Inshalla getting shelved. 

However, one thing is for certain, this has broken ties between Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Salman and this is not the first time such a thing has taken place. Currently, there are many possibilities that can be chalked about, only time will what be the real reason.
