Sakshi Tanwar enters as Teepri in Balika Vadhu

Sakshi Tanwar who is presently hosting Crime Patrol for Sony will now play a cameo role in COLORS and Sphere Origin's Balika Vadhu.

The promo involving her is already on air, and her entry sequence will be aired in this Saturday's special episode.

According to our source, "The creative team has brought her in to play a cameo, but all depends on the TRPs. She plays the role of Teepri who is someone who has grown up in Dadisa's house under her care. After many years, circumstances bring her back to the place where she grew up.

Thrilled about being back to doing what she loves best, an excited Sakshi says, "I had been waiting for something challenging, exciting and different. The character of Teepri, beautifully penned by Colors and Purnendu ji offered me all this in one character. It is a very humbling experience to be part of Balika Vadhu on Colors and I hope I can do justice to the role".
Sakshi was seen in a cameo role in Zee TV's Do Saheliyaan Kismat ki Kathputaliyaan.

Her special entry will be aired in the Special episode of Balika Vadhu this Saturday 27th March at 10 PM on COLORS..

Teepri got the ratings of Balika up.... what a turnaround and what a performance.... as the out and out Psycho!!!!!!!!!!! She proved yet again, that be it Parvati or Teepri... when she dominates the drama... she still rules the screen and the viewers hearts!!!!!!! this is what a seasoned actress is!!!!!!!!! waiting to see what she will do as her next role!

for all those teepri bashers... in yesterday's episode, Sakshi rocked it with a stellar performance as the pyscho Teepri vs Maasa.... and her solo room scene, one actually felt bad for her... it takes a lot of good performance to be able to get sympathy for a vamp and she managed that!!!!!

for the last two weeks now... teepri has hardly been in the show... why blame her for the lack of ideas the creatives have for lack of trps... the drama is revolving around the family.. maasa, basant, bhairon, anandi, sugna, shyam and khajan... the lack of trps is not because of teepri but because of bad content... they are only playing triangles.. khajan, nihal and anandi's mother, shyam, suguna and pratap!!!!! please cv's... give us something better!!!!

i agree with u Anamika.. she has al least the guts to explore the actor in her instead of just doing goody good roles...and the surprise is that she is good at it!!!!

at least give the actor credit for trying out a total negative character after doing a total positive character... in today s time when actors are so happy surviving in their stereotype, at least she is trying to break it... the problem is not with the performance.. it is with the track!!!

Experienced Maasa....can read the evil intentions of Teepri or whatever and bring back the happiness in to the family as well as viewers.... we hv seen too much of Saakshi...high time she settle down in life...Good luck and Goodbye saakshi.
