"Sajid Khan Told Me to Strip In Front Of Him, Spoke Dirty" Indian Model Paula Alleges Sexual Harrasment

Filmmaker Sajid Khan has yet again been accused in the MeToo movement, this time by an Indian model. A model named Paula accused Khan of sexually harassing her at the age of 17 under the pretence of giving her work.

Paula broke her silence and narrated her ordeal on social media. In a fresh post, she wrote: . "When #MeToo movement started, a lot of people spoke about Sajid Khan but I did not dare to because like every other actor who has no godfather and had to earn for a family I kept quiet. Now I don't have my parents with me. I'm earning for myself. I can dare to tell that I have been harassed by Sajid Khan at the age of 17 (sic)."

She added: "He spoke dirty to me. He tried to touch me. He even told me to strip in front of him just to get a role in his upcoming Housefull movie (sic)."

Paula asserts that she is not sharing her story now for any 'pity party' but she wants such people to be put behind bars. "THESE B***** SHOULD BE BEHIND BARS NOT ONLY FOR CASTING COUCH BUT ALSO FOR MANIPULATING AND FOR STEALING AWAY YOUR DREAMS BUT I DID NOT STOP !!! BUT THE WRONG I DID WAS NOT TO SPEAK ABOUT IT!" she wrote.

Back in 2018, actress Tanushree Dutta kickstarted the MeToo movement after she accused Nana Patekar of sexual harassment on movie sets. This had led to hundreds of women to break their silence and hit back against their sexual predators.

Sajid Khan too was named in sexual harassment charges levelled by a former assistant director along with two other members of the fraternity and a journalist.

Actor Saloni Chopra had narrated her sexual harassment experience with Sajid Khan when she was working with him as an assistant director. 

After Saloni shared her story, actress Rachel White had also recalled the incident when Khan called her at his place for a film role and had revealed that Sajid asked her to strip because there were bikini scenes in the film.

Apart from Saloni and Rachel, a journalist Karisma Upadhyay had also recounted a horrifying experience of interviewing the filmmaker in the early 2000s. She said that Sajid not only indulged in inappropriate talk but also misbehaved with her during the interview.

The Indian Film and Television Director's Association (IFTDA) had banned Sajid for a year after multiple women alleged the director of sexually inappropriate behaviour during the #MeToo movement. 

And after these fresh allegations by Paula, 'ArrestSajidKhan' has been trending on Twitter.
