Early Thursday, an intruder broke into Saif Ali Khan's home during a burglary, leading to an attack on the actor. He sustained injuries and was promptly rushed to Lilavati Hospital for surgery, where his condition is now stable. Celebrities are expressing their strong reactions to the incident. Previously, Rakhi Sawant spoke out, and now actress Poonam Pandey has addressed how such incidents instill fear, particularly among actors, and shared how she prioritizes her security. On Friday night, the Nasha actress was seen at an event in Mumbai, where she engaged with the paparazzi.

While chatting with well-known paparazzi Viral Bhayani, the actress shared a recent experience where one of her fans waited for hours outside her building just to get a picture with Poonam.

Furthermore, she said, “Mere ghar pe to mera Pit Bull hai, to usko dekh ke to koi aata hi nahi waise bhi. To meri security khud hi ho jaati hai (I have a Pit Bull at my house, so no one comes to my house after seeing him. So I am secured automatically.)"

About the attack

Saif was stabbed six times by an intruder who demanded a ransom of Rs 1 crore. The frightening incident took place in their Mumbai residence, with the assallant also entering their youngest son Jeh's room. Hours after Saif underwent surgery, Kareena requested privacy for their family as they navigate this traumatic experience.

Saif Ali Khan has come out of surgery and is out of danger. He is currently in recovery and the doctors are monitoring his progress. Kareena recorded the statement

As per a report by India Today, a senior police inspector from the Bandra police station visited Saif and Kareena's home to take her statement regarding the incident. The inspector documented the Crew actress's account, which is important for reconstructing the events that resulted in Saif's hospitalization.

Kareena reportedly told the police, "The intruder got very aggressive during the scuffle with my husband, stabbing him multiple times. We somehow managed to move to the 12th floor, but the jewellery left in the open remained untouched."
