He said, "It's been almost 20 years now in casting and coordinating, and I have cast many celebrities who are now in very good positions. So, it wouldn't be right to mention just one name."
The inspiration came from his father, who worked as a junior artist. He said, "I loved seeing everything happening in this industry from a young age. That's what inspired me to start casting for ads, and eventually, I transitioned into TV casting."

He feels that the casting trend has changed significantly post-pandemic. "The trend of actors preferring to audition from home, regardless of their location, has continued to grow. This shift has been beneficial for everyone involved, including actresses and producers, who no longer need to travel extensively. As casting directors, we are available to guide actors through the entire process. Initially, actors submit self-tests based on character requirements, and those whose tests are approved are called in for further auditions," he ended.
