We have entered 2024 and while it has been a quiet few days and will also be the same till next week, January has an extravaganza in store for all the movie buffs out there. The aerial actioner, Fighter that boasts of a starry cast consisting of Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor is all set for release on Republic Day weekend and everyone is obviously waiting for it with baited breath.

The two songs have turned out to be chartbusters but even till now, there's a lot of speculation about the actual plot of the film. This also led to a rumor circulating that the film is actually clocking a whopping 3 hours and 10 minutes of runtime.

A conversation began and people started having their own opinions to the same. However, director man himself, Siddharth Anand made sure to address these rumors and posted a clarification saying that the actual runtime of Fighter is less than 2 hours and 40 minutes. His post read, "#Fighter run time rumours. Real run time is under 2 hours 40 minutes"-

Well, this actually comes as a relief to many out there but that is just one side of the talk. A few people also remarked how Animal's runtime clocked over 3 hours and 22 minutes and that wasn't a bother to the film's fate in any way. No matter what the situation is, everyone is excited for Fighter and indeed, cannot wait to see it. The film is set to release on 25th January 2024.
