Romit's clever Retort!

We all know that Romit Raj has replaced Vishal Malhotra as the host of Star Plus's Perfect Bride.

When Romit was questioned about his feeling as 'a replacement' he said, "I don't feel odd at all. In fact I was the replacement actor in two of my previous shows Maayka and Betiyaan, and fortunately both the shows ran very well. There were no put downs in it for me. So I thank my good fate that even when I replace someone I am accepted and loved by the people."

Following this Romit was questioned whether he has 'replaced' anyone in real life too…that is in the sense of Shilpa's lover. Romit very wittily answered, "No, I am the first choice when it comes to Shilpa. In Shilpa's life I have not replaced anyone. I would like to think and keep it that way."

That's puts to rest all the curiosity, we guess!
