Rohit Purohit bags Shemaroo Umang’s next by Yash and Mamta Patnaik?

It has just been a while since we reported about actress Celesti Bairagey backing out of the Shemaroo Umang’s new show by Inspire Films previously named Beyond Dreama Pvt Ltd. 

As per the latest development, a source close to the project revealed that Celesti has backed out of the project, and now the makers are looking out for another actress who can fit the bill for the show.

Celesti said, “Yes, that’s true. I auditioned for the show and was short-listed as well. However, things couldn’t materialize as I’m at my hometown Assam. I wanted to enjoy a little break here as I was away for a long time. There’s no solid reason for denying the show”.

Now, India Forums has exclusively learned about actor Rohit Purohit being considered to play the male lead of the show. Rohit was last seen in Colors’ show ‘Udaariyaan’. As per our information, the meetings with the actor have reached an advanced stage and an official confirmation is expected to follow soon. 

Inspire Films is a well-known production house helmed by Yash and Mamta Patnaik. The production house has rolled out gripping content for television, which has been loved by the viewers. The production house has successful shows like Ishq Mein Marjaawan, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi, Sadda Haq, among others, in their kitties. Their show 'Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal' on Colors is currently getting the attention of the audiences.
