Riya Deepsi to enter 'Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap'
Popular historical drama "Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap" will soon witness a new entry in the show, actress Riya Deepsi.

Popular historical drama Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap will soon witness a new entry in the show, actress Riya Deepsi.
Riya, who was last seen essaying the role of Gandhari in the mythological show Mahabharat, will play Salima, one of the wives of Akbar.
"Salima is a beautiful lady, who sings 'Nazm' and has been introduced to Akbar by Mahamanga. With my entry, the show will witness a lot of twists and turns," Riya said in a statement.
"Bharat Ka Veer Putra Maharana Pratap" is aired on Sony Entertainment Television.

Omg Wth is this?? Salima is being introduced to her cousin Akbar (that too by MA?!!) and there is still no sign of Ruqaiya!! Gosh, can someone pls lend some brains to the CVs!

Thank you for the article and the news Telly buzz but can someone please tell the cvs that according to history Salima was the second wife of Bairam Khan. After he was killed she came to take refuge from Akbar and Akbar married her to protect her and her step son - Rahim. Rahim then went on to become Khan-e-Khana - one of the navratnas of Akbar's court. Mahamanga did not introduce the two - these two were related Salima's mother and Akbar's father were siblings. I love to see the historical shows but this distortion is really irritating :(
