Renowned Television host Chandan DIES in a car crash

It is a sad day for the Kannada television industry as it lost one of its much loved hosts Chandan.

The host-cum-actor met with a fatal car crash on National Highway 4, close to the Hanagawadi bridge, this morning while travelling to Hubli from Bengaluru. Chandan was accompanied by three other people, out of which one person died and the other two are severely injured.

The severely injured are being treated at a private hospital in Davanagere.

Chandan was one of the most vouched for hosts on Kannada television. His ability to speak the language in its purest form, had earned him many accolades from the south industry.
